Friday Body Positive Music: Andy Grammer

Do you remember those choose your own adventure books from when you were little?  Of course you do!  The video for Keep Your Head Up by Andy Grammer is just like that!  The song is one of those great anthems for positivity in the face of lousy things happening (not unlike another body positive anthem and running-playlist favorite of mine Strip Me by Natasha Bedingfield).  What’s really brilliant is that the video options change based on your previous choices.  If you choose that he bumps into movers instead of getting picked on by bikers, you’ll then choose between waiters or cleaners instead of housekeepers or bellboys!  And who you run into in the hotel lobby changes who gets onto the elevator with you! It is such a cool feat of modern internetting.

When I first heard about this video, I spent an hour making different versions because it was so much fun.  And keep your eye out for Rainn Wilson!
