Search Terms

May 5, 2010

Every once in a while we like to post some of the search terms that have led people to our blog. Here’s a sampling from the past week organized into categories:

The obvious-how-you-got-here:
– fat vulvas
– pretty words for vulva
– opposite of disabled (this came up at least 3 times in the past week)
– are your thighs supposed to touch men
– johnny weir fat (PS – did anyone see the awesome hat he wore to the Kentucky Derby?)
– love that vagina

The I-don’t-think-this-is-what-you-were-looking-for:
– shaven fanny big dicks
– oral sex video minors
– playmobile sex
– happy nipples
– mass murderers (how did this even direct to our blog?)
– woman fail
– short skirt gaze
– looking at my female students’ in class
– skinny vs fat (this came up 3 times last week)
– huge boobs carleton college

The enigmatic:
– happiness is taking people too far
– hitler women
– panting sexily
– shaved kiwi ad
– “couldn’t get up” knees
– orgasm ruined illustrated
– why women want cleavage but not nipples
– think subvert
– sausage wallet song

Enjoy! Feel free to comment with your own silly search terms that you think would lead to happy bodies.

Here’s some terms that directed people to feminists with FSD.

Terms that make sense & probably delivered something like what the person was looking for:
    natural remedies for vulvodynia
    natural sexuality
    dr. oz + vulvodynia
    20/20 vulvodynia
    female sexual dysfunction
why does my vulva hurt when i wear jeans [apparently a lot of people have vulvar pain while wearing jeans.]

Terms that make no sense and probably disappointed the searcher:
    example of a article
is pubic hair making a comeback [lots of variation on this one]
sex with teacher [and lots of variations]
    feminist analysis of jersey shore
thigh high stockings pornographic [lots of permutations on this one too]
    carlin ross

Search terms weird me out sometimes.

My favorite is “happiness is taking people too far”. What could that even mean? Also, I really want to hear this supposed “sausage wallet song”. Happy Bodies: The Album anyone?
